Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
No exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened in the
original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals,
documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be
deducted from the credit amount of a return.
Only items that have been purchased directly from bestvape.com.au
can be returned. Proof of purchase required. Please include your name,
email address and order number when requesting a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Shipping to return your product, you should mail your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange for damaged item not accepted.
